Refund Policy

If the library is not for you, write to us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why.

In effect from 24 August 2026. Chumy Spot LLC, trading as Chumy.

1. Our 14-day refund

Within 14 days of your purchase, email [[ SUPPORT EMAIL ]] from the address on your account and ask for a refund. We will refund the full amount to the card you paid with. No reason is required, and it does not matter how much you have read.

Refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

2. Why we offer this at all

Chumy Spot LLC is a Florida company, and United States law gives no general right to cancel a digital purchase made online — no federal cooling-off rule reaches it, and Florida has no equivalent for software or digital content delivered immediately. Plenty of sellers take that as licence to make digital sales final.

We would rather not. You cannot read a book before you buy it, so the 14-day window in section 1 is a promise we are making of our own accord, and we will honour it as written.

If you are buying from outside the United States — from the United Kingdom or the European Union, for instance — your local law may give you a cancellation right that we cannot and do not take away. Where that right turns on when digital content was supplied, the confirmation you give at checkout, that you want access straight away, is what fixes that moment. Whatever your local law gives you applies in addition to the refund above, never instead of it.

Nothing here affects your right to a remedy if what we sold you is faulty or is not what we described.

3. After 14 days

We will still listen. If the library was not as described, if a substantial part of it stopped working, or if something went wrong with your payment, write to us and we will put it right — by fixing the problem or by refunding you, whichever fits.

Outside those circumstances, purchases older than 14 days are not routinely refunded.

4. What a refund does to your access

A full refund ends your licence, and your access to the library is withdrawn automatically once the refund is processed. This happens within moments and is not a manual step.

A partial refund — a goodwill credit, say — does not affect your access. You keep the library.

Refunding does not delete your account. If you want your data removed as well, ask us; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Buying again after a refund

You are welcome to. A previous refund does not bar you from purchasing, and paying again restores your access in the usual way.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank rather than asking us, access is withdrawn while the dispute is open — the same as for a refund.

Please write to [[ SUPPORT EMAIL ]] first. A refund is faster for you than a chargeback, and we would rather settle it directly. Asking us first is a request, not a condition: nothing here limits your right to go to your bank.

7. If something is broken

If chapters will not load, media is missing, or your access does not appear after payment, that is our problem and not yours. Write to [[ SUPPORT EMAIL ]] and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer. This applies however long ago you bought.

8. How to ask

One email to [[ SUPPORT EMAIL ]], from the address on your account, saying you would like a refund. Include the approximate purchase date if you have it. We aim to reply within five working days.
